  1 The Volunteer Services Department coordinates and guides all services performed by volunteers (Auxiliary, Junior Partners and Medic-Aides). At Wooster Community Hospital, volunteers have the opportunity to match their skills and interests with meaningful assignments. As part of the health care team, volunteers broaden and diversity staff efforts to meet the hospital's goal of providing comprehensive health care.
