Baby and You
Childbirth Preparation
A registered nurse who may be with you during your birthing experience will introduce to you and a support person all the options of labor and delivery including relaxation and breathing techniques, anesthesia, and delivery. Parenting and newborn care are included. Guest speakers including physicians and a lactation consultant will talk. Community resources are discussed. A tour is included.

Weekend Classes take place Saturday 9:00AM - 4:00PM and Sunday 1:00PM - 4:30PM.

Fee: as of 1/1/2010 $45.00

  1 The Womens Pavilion offers new birthing suites with a private bathroom in each suite.    
       
  1 The nutritional counseling program includes evaluations with a licensed dietitian; classes designed for children and adults.
