  1 All classes held at 6:30PM - 8:30PM.

FEE: $20.00.

  1 Individual exercise programming allows clients to take advantage of private health and wellness training as well as health screenings with degreed and certified staff.

   
       
  1 The nutritional counseling program includes evaluations with a licensed dietitian; classes designed for children and adults.

 
     
  1 Massotherapy and infant communication classes are also offered in our specialized programming.
